About us
This website about Manchester City was created on June 25th and finished July 16th By micah mokake. This is page two of the three pages created.
Manchester City
There is thousands of different sports and millions of sports teams across the world. Being someone who loves sports and seeing how many sports teams there are i could have written about any of them but i chose to write about Man City because it is one of my favorite sports teams and they have had their fair share of victories and trophies but also just like any other team they have also had their fair share of heatbreak. They have a strong lineup which lead to them winning the champions league.
History
Manchester City was founded in 1880 in Gorton United Kingdom but their name did not become Manchester City until 1894 which is why it says on their logo 1894 instead of 1880 which is quite facinating. This team has had great success because they won the premier leauge in 1936/37, 1967/68, 2011/12, 2013/14, 2017/18, 2018/19, 2020/21, 2021/22, 2022/23. They won the FA cup in 1903/04, 1933/34, 1955/56, 1968/69, 2010/11, 2018/19, 2022/23 and they have won many many trophies that would just take forever to read so that is why i have not put anymore. One of their biggest rivals is liverpool as they play in the same city.
Goals\ Assists
Goals are one of the most important parts of the game and man city has scored many of goals which is how they were able to win the champions leauge. All time Manchester city has scored 245 goals. Here is one of Erling Haaland’s craziest goals he had against dourtmund which was one of the best goals ive ever seen. After you see this you will realize why people call him one of the greatest youngsters ever. Now to assists. An assist is when you pass to someone and they score a point it dosent matter what sport or it could have a different meaning like if you are a teacher and a student needs help with an assingnment and you help them you can also say you assisted them.

Players
Having a good team is important because they can make or break a team. Having a good team also means having good players and manchester city is stacked with them having players like Erling Haaland and kevin de bruynye. Having so many stars means spending a lot of money and they’ve spent 125 Million dollars on players alone. Some of their most notable players are Erling Haaland, Kevin de bruyne, and Jack grealish.
Wins & Losses
Winning and losing is a part of life and certainly a part of soccer winning is great but losing not so much. Lucky enough for Manchester city they have had plenty of winning throuout their existence as a team.
